So far it's been pretty good although I haven't figured everything out yet as far as the features but I'm working on it. I like it so far though for what I needed it for. I only have one contract to fill out as a real estate agent...My contracts are months apart so only need one month of service. after the learning curve this program is fairly easy to finish my needs....

I'm definitely not tech savvy. Old school pen and paper here. The pdf autofiler is an old girls new best friend. Everything is clearly explained and help is there if or when you need it. I believe I may keep it.

Handy programme for the home office
I'm still getting used to all the available functions, but so far am enjoying being able to combine various documents, and edit and sign .pdfs

I signed up for their services during a free trial, but ended up not needing them. When I realized I had been charged for their services, I immediately emailed them and they processed the refund right then. I offered to pay for the few days that I actually had since it was really my fault, but they refunded the full amount.
