Error in my ways!
I was unaware that I had used the service in the past which voided out my free trail. I then subscribed again and was instantly billed for a full year. When I realized my mistake, I reached out via instant message to the support staff. The service was stellar at best. They assisted me promptly and corrected my dispute which was impressive to say the least and speaks to the integrity of this service.

1. You have the forms I need; 2. the platform is user friendly, in general; 3. completion of forms is easy to navigate, specifically; 4. the ability to save in multiple formats; 5. the ease and ability to send completed forms is great; 6. If I had the option to put 100 stars, I would. This product is fantastic. There are small issues with reformatting, but I think the user can get over that.

What do you like best?
Me gusta porque tiene funciones para fusionar, reordenar o añadir páginas. Tiene un costo asequible en comparación con otros programas similares. Me gusta también porque puede convertir archivos PDF en archivos rellenables de Word. Tiene un panel de administración intuitivo.
What do you dislike?
Lo único que no me gusta es que obligatorio pagar para probar la versión de prueba.

This is great. We don't have a printer and with the Covid shutdown, we can't just run to friends house to print like we used to. Using PDFfiller, We don't have to print at all, we just fill out the form online and send it off completed.

Very pleased with the customer care
I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly. Sam also took the time to explain to me how to resolve the issue if I ever had it again and was friendly to communicate with, I am very pleased with the customer care, thank you Sam,
