It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... I like it. It is fairly easy to find old forms. I the retention of files I have opened and being able to go back and make edits to files I worked on.

What do you like best?
I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.
What do you dislike?
not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say

I would recommend this product ,because it allows my agency to provide the client with the information needed. I really do not have any additional information to supply.

I like the accessibility of the application. I can access from anywhere by just using my browser.

Sometimes the sizing is a bit tricky and I need to play around with the edits to make it work.

Easy to edit.
I had a little trouble completing the form correctly but it was my fault. I went back and made corrections easily and all seems fine.

It is so easy to learn how to use the app I am not strong on a computer but this made me look like a pro.
