Blown away. EZ to use once figured out, and quite intuitive. Only a couple surprises where the DOS commands didn't always work e.g. cut and paste. Excellent tool, but the only negative about this is. You should have highlighted that this is not free at the very beginning of the process. initially it says free trial, but when i complete the form & try to save or print or do anything can be done only post enrollment & paying.
this is not fair & is misleading. Try to change this alone pls

It would be much more efficient if multiple copies of the same form were filled automatically with the information entered on the original. Completing the documents should be quicker and simpler, no reason one has to play with font size and trying to pin point the location of the mouse to ensure proper destination in the field of entry on the form.

The App is clunky and not easy to use and annoyed that when trying to combine different documents have to upgrade to the next level.
So overall good product on laptop, poor app and disappointing capabilities v price.
