Though perhaps a bit expensive, PDFfiller.com is extremely well-designed, feature-rich and easy to use. While I have no complaints about the basic product, I was bothered by design feature that seemed to insist that I enroll in a more expensive tier of service without giving me the chance to opt out or cancel. Any popup page that requires a user to select - and pay for! - a more expensive service level should always include "close" and "cancel" options. While I'm still a bit troubled by this aspect of PDFfiller's site design, when I raised the issue with your support staff, Ellilou Ilano quickly responded and helped resolve my problem.

It does have a few glitches, but overall, it's a nice product with plenty of good features. The original annual price of $72 was too much for the few times I would use it in the course of a year, but the special rate of $18 was reasonable. If I would use it more, it would be worth it, although I hate subscriptions. We'll see if I use it enough to justify renewing next year.

What do you like best?
I like the choice of fonts because one can add changes or complete empty fields to a pdf and by using a different font from the original text it is clear that the additions are different from the original.. Also I like that one can add circles, check marks, "X" to a doc. And can erase portions of text.
What do you dislike?
I dislike that you have to pay extra to add or subtract pages from a pdf.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
My hand writing is very poor. So I use PDFiller to compensate for this deficiency..

I use a clunky chromebook and needed to… I use a clunky chromebook and needed to fill in an enormous health history form. This pdf filler was the easiest experience I have had with one of these assists. As I rarely need to do this I did not continue the subscription and the customer service was excellent I do highly recommend pdfFiller.

What do you like best? That I can mark up any pdf or create 1 new document from several. Also digital signatures, I work remotely and need this! Being remote, I need to be able to create or sign a form from anywhere and I can easily with pdf filler. I love the share feature as well, I can work on my end and my co-workers will have it almost instantly without having to print, scan and email. I work remotely, almost all from my laptop with no printer. This allows me to work from my phone or tablet seamlessly as well. What do you dislike? Not much, no complaints yet. Maybe the layout? Like where everything is, I click on the documents and then you have to specify where something is. Maybe a more organized folder system? When I share them, they should all be in the share folder, but for some reason, they're not always there. I am a very organized person and like everything in its own folder or file. I'd like a way to save everything to its own file and be able to find them quickly and easily. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is a great program, especially if you work remotely, highly recommend it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? 1099 tax reports, our software only supports e-file and we are so small that we don't have that. I also love the share part, I'm able to work on my end, share it with my co-workers and they can have it almost instantly without printing and scanning, etc. I also love that I can take a few different documents and combine them to one, that is a great feature!

What do you like best? Definitely needed for any business that handles a lot of paperwork. We use it on almost a daily basis to fix or change a document that may have been mis-written and it is very easy to do this with PDFfiller. The ease of use is fantastic, we recommend it to everyone with a business. What do you dislike? I wish there were more options to match the color of the page when you erase something. And more font options to match the current font on a document. I also wish it was easy to upload multiple documents to create one solid PDF. That is one thing that I would like to see in any new updates. Also the system could possibly use a style refresh. It does seem a tad outdated looking, but that does not affect its usefulness. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just use it! It is worth every penny if you need to edit any documents What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easily fixing business documents. Very smooth and easy to use. We are able to use this system to edit documents on a daily basis. We love that when you erase something you can just type right where you just erased so it matches the lines perfectly. It also makes it easy to fix boxes and add signature lines. In Visio Plan 1 and Visio Plan 2, you can add data to pre-existing shape-data fields. Open the diagram for editing. Select the shape. On the ribbon, select the Shape tab, then select Shape Data. The Shape Data pane opens on the right margin of the window. Select any field, then enter the appropriate data value.
To create a Quick Table, click Insert tab > Tables group > Table > Quick Tables > Save Selection to Quick Tables Gallery. The default location is the Building Blocks. dotx template, but you can choose some other template, such as Normal.
Draw a rectangle or circle On the Home tab, in the Tools group, click the arrow next to Rectangle. , and then do one of the following: To draw a rectangle, select the Rectangle tool. Drag to draw the shape on the drawing page. To return to regular editing, in the Tools group, click the Pointer. tool.
Visio includes shapes to build a table in a drawing, though their editing capabilities are limited. If you want a table you can customize, or you want to show information that might change, it's best to build a table in Excel, Word or PowerPoint, and paste it onto your drawing.
Try it! Select More Shapes > Business > Charts and Graphs > Charting Shapes. Drag the Grid shape onto the drawing page. Select the number of rows and columns you want in your table, and select OK. Drag the sizing handles on the Grid shape to make the rows and columns larger or smaller.
