At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. Amazing product! I was able to fill a tax form very easily and sign it. Better than all others I've tried!
There are two comments for the development team and marketing team: 1/I expected a free trial, and 2/There are so many options that it can be confusing when you are just starting. I would have appreciated less options up front and some video tutorials to introduce me to advanced features.

The site is a bit slow, and often will freeze during filling. Otherwise it is well worth the $72.00 I paid although it was supposed to be a free trial for 30 days.

This is only used once in awhile.
Being able to take a PDF and change it to Word document. Being able to add comments to a PDF is easy as well.
This needs easier user instructions so use can make the changes needed. It can difficult to find the processes.
