It meets my needs very well. If I could get my own fax number for less than $10/month I would add that. As it is now, I have a fax separate from this but only pay $8/month so will keep and use separately. Disappointed it was so much for the add on. Also, for the edit option. Many things to do but all as add ons. For now, I like what I can do, though.

PDF filler seems to be very useful. Is/was slightly difficult to figure out but once understood is fairly easy to use. Unfortunately the price is too high for those of us on fixed income. Is there anything lower cost for disabled seniors? Please?

What do you like best?
Ability to use templates was the most helpful. I like PDF filler because I can encrypt and decrypt documents, merge PDF files, crop or rotate PDF pages. It's fairly easy to use but the interface isn't great.
What do you dislike?
The user interface is not intuitive for me. I liked all other features and don't have much bad to say. I'll continue to refer people.

I cannot find enough praise..
I cannot find enough praise for the support team at PDFfiller. That the products are exceptional goes without saying, but even the best product can fail without a solid customer service/ support team. Each time I have contacted PDFfiller I have received a prompt response outlining viable solutions and knowledgeable answers. With PDFfiller you may sign up for the product, but you will stay for the unparalleled support.

Excellent program. It took me a little while to get the hang of inputting information correctly. After a couple of tries, I got the hang of it and I love it.

Can't Wait to Convert
So far I am just playing around with things to figure out how everything works. I've used pdfFiller as a signer before but never in any other capacity. I'm looking forward to being able to covert PDF's to Word documents.

I was accidentally billed after cancelling my subscription. I contacted the customer service and was completely blown away by the fantastic and prompt support i received. I had used a free trial to recomplete a teacher application. However, I ended up cancelling when I didn't find it to be as user friendly as I thought it would be . I was charged when the one-month subscription was up and wrote to let them know I had a snip of my cancelled screen.They were very responsive and I was able to get a full refund. "
