I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Great Value for the features included
PDFfiller has all of the features I need. The ability to combine documents, fill forms and add signatures.
Navigation is not intuitive and the user interface is cluttered.

Misunderstanding between monthly & annual plans
I had to call twice because I did not understand the difference between the monthly and annual plan. Each time I called the person I talked to helped me with my misunderstanding. .

I give it a 4/5 because sometimes editing text might change the context of the document (ex.remove boxes or darkness of boxes etc). Other than that it's worked fine.

Immediate Payment Refund
Payment Refund Signed up for free trial with pdffiller and forgot to cancel. When I explained this to pdffiller my payment was returned to my account the same day.

A very easy to use program
A very easy to use program, though you are forced to sign up for free trial if you want to print any documents.It did what I required, so cant complain. Just would prefer it to notify of unable to print unless joined up for 30 day trial before I spent 4 hours working on translation document.

Completed what I needed done. The reason for 4 stars is because you force people to sign up for a monthly subscription versus just charging for the one time use of the feature.
