Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.

This is an amazing service. Makes it easier when you cannot find the forms you need, otherwise. My parents were unable to purchase mail forwarding services through Canada Post website. A Google search brought me to pdfFiller website and I was able to fill out the form easily. Canada Post really pushes to do these things online & we were unable because their website would not load.

I do think that is for the more tech savvy individuals that deal with PDFs on a daily basis. There were a few things that I had to figure out, but overall I give it 5 stars because it is a lot easier to use and edit documents my way than it is for me to do in Adobe PDF. Thanks PDF Filler.

What do you like best? Definitely needed for any business that handles a lot of paperwork. We use it on almost a daily basis to fix or change a document that may have been mis-written and it is very easy to do this with PDFfiller. The ease of use is fantastic, we recommend it to everyone with a business. What do you dislike? I wish there were more options to match the color of the page when you erase something. And more font options to match the current font on a document. I also wish it was easy to upload multiple documents to create one solid PDF. That is one thing that I would like to see in any new updates. Also the system could possibly use a style refresh. It does seem a tad outdated looking, but that does not affect its usefulness. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just use it! It is worth every penny if you need to edit any documents What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easily fixing business documents. Very smooth and easy to use. We are able to use this system to edit documents on a daily basis. We love that when you erase something you can just type right where you just erased so it matches the lines perfectly. It also makes it easy to fix boxes and add signature lines. It is also very smooth to upload documents and edit them. Definitely appreciate this system very much and we would recommend it to everyone we know.

In general, an acknowledgement certificate will contain the words, acknowledged before me or similar wording. Surat certificates will contain the words, subscribed and sworn to (or affirmed) before me.

A Surat certificate is signed and sealed by a notary which is affixed below the sworn or affirmed statement and signature of the affine. Laws for Rats can differ from state to state.
Like an acknowledgement, a signature witnessing requires the signer to physically appear before a Notary and be identified as required by state law. They key difference is that for a signature witnessing, the signer must always sign the document in the Notary's presence.
A Surat is used when the signer is swearing to the content of the document. The notary must administer an oath or affirmation to the signer in order to complete the Surat. A Surat also requires that the signer signs in the presence of the notary.
Many important documents, such as recordable documents, loan agreements, and powers of attorney require acknowledgements. A Surat (verification upon oath) requires the signer to be compelled to truthfulness regarding the content of the document.

A notary acknowledgement ensures that the (signer) of the document is indeed the person named in the document. The function of the notary in this case is to verify the identity of the signer. On the other hand, a notary is asked to perform a Surat, when the signer takes an oath or makes an affirmation.
A notary acknowledgement is a sworn statement made by a notary public that claims a specific person signed a form. In accordance with State law, the notary public will be required to view government-issued photo identification in order to prove the signer is the authorized party.
