What do you like best?
I love that this is a user friendly and cost efficient alternative to PDF editing. I have found that it can do everything (and more) than other services can. It is easy to use and excellent solution for our company

The SINGLE thing that I am not a fan of is the fact that encrypted pdfs can be sent but NOT returned encrypted. Sometimes I will send a form to an employee and need the PDF to be encrypted returned back to me and there is no option for that.

The encrypted services have been a burden but the benefits are abundant. It is a great tool and I love that I can send our employees forms to fill out and they can receive/return them from their phones.

Better than Adobe PDF and much much more affordable. Ideal for those with need to edit their documents but not too frequently.

Love that I can send / receive faxes, sign documents, and accept payments ... It's a well put together process. Easy downloads and uploads, right at the tips of your fingers. Notifies you of faxes when received and easily downloadable to your device. Absolutely a 5 start program!

Simple tool that increases productivity in office
I'm a software engineer and have to deal with many documents everyday. Having a simple tool that has all the features needed for me to edit and handle all my documents makes my life easier. At the same time it saves me time to look up new tools and ways everyday. The UI is simple and intuitive, and it's easy to attach files, download and share it as needed. Overall it makes me more productive in office.
My favourite feature is the electronic/digital signature feature. As a person in the IT department, I have to work with numerous documents and sign many of them. And this tool made that really easy for me. Also, the signature looks blended out and not out of place. Other than that the merging tool and conversion tool are also very helpful. Depending on my needs, sometimes I can convert a ppt into a pdf for easy access or for sending it to anyone. I also get to attach different pdfs together in whatever order needed.
I don't have any major concerns. The only small problem I've had is regarding character recognition from scanned pdfs. Sometimes it is not entirely accurate. Though it is manageable for me.

This program is amazing. It is so easy to add images and text to existing pdf files not to mention how fast it is. I needed to add my logos and information to my suppliers product pdfs and this saved me a lot of time and got the job done! Thanks!

What is an extended lease?
A lease extension refers to a legal agreement that extends the term of an existing lease or rental agreement. Extensions are not a requirement in a business relationship but are often granted just before an original agreement is set to expire.
What is the difference between lease renewal and lease extension?
By definition, a lease renewal is a new lease agreement, whereas a lease extension is a continuation of the original lease agreement. Generally speaking, the practical effect of either is that the parties to the lease continue the landlord-tenant relationship beyond the expiration of the original term of the lease.
What does option to renew lease mean?
An option to renew or extend the lease means that upon the tenant's exercise of the option (choice), the provisions of the agreed-upon option are adopted for another defined term.
Can you get an extension on your lease?
Generally, a car lease can be extended by up to 6 months, and has to be approved by the lease company. However, original terms and conditions still apply, such as mileage allowance and wear-and-tear specifications. If you're already close to your mileage allowance, an extension could put you over.
What is the difference between extension and renewal?
Contract extension: an existing contract is continued for a period of time. Contract renewal: an existing contract ends by, for example, expiring and the parties agree to enter into a new contract (usually for the same or very similar services).
