I would like to attend a webinar at some time, but for next few months I am far to busy to take time and energy for the webinar. I'm sure there is much to learn although I did succeed in working on document that needed to be done. This is a great tool; I look forward to continuing to use it. Thank you!

The first time I downloaded the software, I mistakenly selected the one for use with Microsoft and all features did not work on my Chromebook. After going back I found the correct program for use with Chrome. The only problem I still have is creating my signature which I have described below under features to add.

Following my previous comment, I found the tax forms I was working on, but they were titled by the Form, not saved documents. Taking me well over an hour due to the labeling. Need a Saved Documents Option to simplify it.

I struggled a bit lining up fields with each other, but I guess there is an easier way of doing that than I am doing. For a first timer, I was happy with the experience.

Unfortunately the answer is not often at all.
But today was different.
I got 5 Star Customer Support from Kara on Team PDFFiller.
More importantly Kara was patient and guided me to work through the problem with my login issue.

pdfFiller is user-friendly and the site is easy to navigate. I love the fact that a function stays the same until you change it, eg. a font size and format. However, I would like the option to use all the Fonts that I have installed on my own computer. When a page is duplicated, I'd love it if the 'changes' made to the original using pdfFiller, could also be duplicated rather than simply a duplication of the original document. I also can't seem to find a way to cut and paste text to apply it in a different area of the document, which means that the process of replicating a change is more time-consuming, but this could be my current unfamiliarity with the software. I was impressed that within a couple of hours of use, I was offered the option to attend a webinar to improve my understanding.

Student charged 115€ despite cancelling free trial – very disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with my experience on pdffiller. I had signed up for the free trial, made sure to cancel it before the end, and yet I was still charged €115.20 for a full annual subscription without my consent.
I am a student, and this unexpected charge has pushed my bank account into overdraft, causing me financial stress. I never agreed to any paid subscription, and when I log into my account, it still shows as “free”, proving that I had cancelled on time.
After checking Trustpilot, I realized that many other customers are facing the exact same issue — this seems to be a recurring problem.
I have contacted customer support and sincerely hope they will resolve this quickly and refund me. But this situation is really unfair and unacceptable.

How to Use the Expand Name Form Feature in pdfFiller
The Expand Name Form feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily expand the name fields in your PDF documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Click on the 'Edit' button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

Select the name field you want to expand. You can do this by clicking on the field or by using the 'Form Fields' panel on the right side of the screen.

Once the name field is selected, click on the 'Expand Name Form' button in the toolbar. This button looks like a small arrow pointing to the right.
