What do you like best?
I am able to take a pdf file and change to a jpeg very easily. This allows me to change pdf file so it can be put on FaceBook. I also use it to make corrections instantly when it will take a day or two to get someone else to send it. I simply erase the incorrect data and type in the correct.
What do you dislike?
I have found that the program is not intuitive and there is a fairly large learning curve. I still don't know all the functionality, but what I know it will do make it worth it to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good program and a great price. Well worth it!!

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Enjoyable and functional.
Ease of use, functionality, and security features. I like the automatic lock out for the encryption and I enjoy the accuracy in identifying areas that need to be filled out.
That I cannot move folders within folders under the encrypted area. I would like to be able to drag folders into other folders. I would also like to merge more than 5 documents at a time.

What do you like best?
Easy to use and updates my pdfs in minutes. Great for filling out forms and digitally signing documents in a remote working environment.
What do you dislike?
While there are tools to keep text boxes aligned, it could be a bit stronger when filling out forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PdfFiller is a great tools for remote working. It solves issues with filling out forms, signed documents and much more when an employee does not have access to a printer or scanner.

I enjoy the accessibility to a large variety of legal forms without preparing them, but the process is not that easy. For a novice user, it is cumbersome and complicated. There should be a tutorial on how to maneuver the program and all of its features seamlessly.

Absolutely worth it!
Wonderful program. Slight learning curve, but then it's off to the races. Worth it if you are editing PDF's on the daily. Great save, download and share options all at once. Thank you for a great program!!

I tried the software and then cancelled…
I tried the software and then cancelled it. For me it was too challenging to use. However they still charged my account for a year up front. I didn't authorize that. I called and requested a refund and they gave one right away, so they said. It was just today I requested a refund so I will check my account in a few days to see if they actually sent it. If you don't see a complaint from me here on Trust Pilot then PDFFiller honored my request. My name is MarioV.

How do I convert a Word document to PDF directly?
Select Save . If the file was previously saved, select File > Save a Copy. If the file is unsaved, select File > Save As. Select Browse to choose the location on your computer where you want to save the file. In the drop-down list, select PDF. Select Save.
How do I convert Word to PDF on my phone?
On an Android device Open the document in (or share it to) the Google Docs app. Select the three dots in the upper-right corner. Tap on Share & export > Save As > Google Docs. Then go through the same steps, but this time you can save it as a PDF file.
