I just needed to do one form, so I chose the one-month subscription. It worked great, but it was not clear when I purchased that ONE month, that I would be setup on further automatic monthly payments, otherwise I would have opted out of that. I really like working with the filler although there could be better control in the editing. I believe it could be more intuitive as to the fields which are potentially fillable and place the cursor within those lines automatically. It is fussy to try to line it all up.

When I chatted with support
When I chatted with support, I had had two different people who took the files I had been trying to merge unsuccessfully and merge them for me!!! Similarly when I had trouble with blank pages and missing pages in a merged document I found out it was because I was using Edge as my browser instead of Chrome. It would have been best if that had been in the program itself, but support really came through to help me out.
