The ease of use and tremendous amount of options make this one my most frequently used tools on a daily basis.

Nothing... I could get more options by upgrading my subsctiption but I am fine as it is for now.

Its OK
Easy to use on desktop, but on the mobile it was OK like C+ overall, but good idea
It does what it should, but its a simple to use. If I had more time to use it, maybe give 120 day trial? I loved the signature and email process of the paperwork. Thats was easy.
I wish we can do more in the free trial. So I can dig in more. Make the mobile experience more easier

More than what it says on the tin
I am forever annotating drawings for the Home Improvements I offer my customers. We can assume that people understand drawings but most don't. The extra points I can make using arrows and text make it easier for my customers to understand and I know it helps me win business.
The software is easy to learn (I'm old so my patience with new programmes is not good). It has never frustrated me to use.

It helps me to fill the form in Arabic language although I didn't expact that and the arrange of the letter and text is in correct position.

I signed up for a subscription but only needed it for one document. I canceled but was charged again a month later. I canceled again and contacted customer service. They said the first cancellation must not have completed but refunded me the money. That is great customer service. I will definitely use them again.

Can you make my logo bigger?
A bigger logo won't fix a small brand. It won't make a brand more remarkable. There is no direct correlation between the size of a logo and the effectiveness of an ad. But, in the qualitative world of creative review, it's a tangible, quantitative response.
How do I change the size of my logo?
The 700px max-width is double the default width of 300px. To halve the size, change the value to 150px.
The 160px max height is double the default height of 80px. To halve the size, change the value to 40px.
How can I resize my logo?
Right-click your logo file.
Select Open with.
Click Paint.
Click Resize.
Make sure Maintain aspect ratio is checked.
Click Type in new numbers next to Horizontal or Vertical.
Click Ok.
How can I resize my logo without losing quality?
Download and install GIMP.
Open GIMP 2 and drag your image in the main working window.
Click on Image in the main menu and then click on Scale Image.
