I really like PDFfiller and it really easy to use. My only suggestion would be that you offer some way to delete or erase Fillable Names etc. that are saved if we choose. (i.e. Wrong spellings or no longer needed information.)

i was not happy with the Basic Plan being advertised for $8 per month and then subscribing and it suddenly being $20. I looked at some past notes from Sept. 2020 in my computer and it looks like I joined in Sept. 2020 and discovered the pricing being different than advertised, and I canceled then. Today I needed to sign some project documents and rejoined rather than playing around with a free trial of DocuSign that didn't offer what I wanted for variety in signatures etc. Giving PDF Filler a try. Will call CS to hear what their explanation is regarding what you advertise for $8 per month, only to see it is really $20. Evelyn Basile, Chicago

I liked their services
I liked their services, but didn't need them long term. I had thought that I had canceled my account right afterward, but still was charged when the trial period was up. I contacted them on a Sunday, expecting it to take a few days and be a nightmare. Even though it was the weekend they had it taken care of and refunded to me within a few hours! I would definitely use them again because of how trustworthy and understanding the staff was. Good job PDF Filler Team!

Document Signing and Editing Issues
I just spent about an hour or so with Kara, one of your most helpful and patient online chat professionals. I was in the process of completing a contract and addendums where my Buyer was pressing me. I sent it out to my Seller and the Buyer once and ran into a number of editing and fillable field issues. So I recalled it. Kara took me step by step through each issue and patiently explained everything to me via zoom and screen share. She even went a step further and pointed out some features to me that will help me in the future. Even though I was a bit stressed in trying to get my documents completed, she calmed me down with her knowledge level and patience.I sure hope if I ever need pdfFiller's live chat support again, I'm lucky enough to get Kara again or someone with the same level of expertise. I enjoyed chatting and working with her.Joyce

So far this has been exactly what I was looking for. We just upgraded from paper to a software system and I need something to make our contracts and enrollment documents fillable for the parents and students without redoing everything.

What do you like best?
The best feature is that you can use the check and cross marks easily!
What do you dislike?
I dislike the fact that there isnt a hand-free drawing feature. I wish I could draw lines and curves on top of some pictures, for example!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use it to grade my students papers in Pdf. It is easier to attach hand written exercises to pdf, and then go directly to pdffiller.

LOVE THIS AND LOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE
PDF.Filler is definitely a MUST in todays world especially with more and more companies working from home, I don't see how anyone could live without this. It makes forms and fillable documents, signature request documents, so very convenient, easy. It's super user friendly as well, I love it. Also the staff super helpful. Simon and Rachel were super great and on it, they both got right back to me within seconds and assisted me with knowledgeable kind and quick service and I appreciate that a lot as well in a company. How long can a government contract be extended?
This decision is an important reminder that pursuant to FAR § 52.217-8, the government is entitled to unilaterally extend your contract up to six months, in any increment, before all option years have been exercised and at the rates in effect in the contract.
Can you extend an expired government contract?
Reviving an expired contract is a tricky business legally. If a contract has expired, then it means there was no renewal clause built into it. If both parties agree to it, the start of the new term can be backdated so that there is no period of time in which they are not covered by the contract.
