I have extremely low expectations for customer service but I was surprised about how fast and helpful pdf filler was. My issue was resolved within minutes!

PdfFiller is absolutely THE BEST! Beneficial and Convenient
I was able to reregister my daughter for Prep. school.
Only through PdfFiller I was able to email her to sign the form. She is in a whole other county. It would of taken me weeks to get all this done!
I even able to find the custody form in another state.
Most importantly I am able to handle my personal business, catch up on my work ALL in ONLY ONE Place! - *PdfFiller* Thank You for making my life easier.

kara was great. I am an older computer geek who never got into such things as screenshots. Not only did kara patiently deal with my problem but she also helped me with her request of a screen shot. i have 2nd and 3rd level support at ibm on global WAN's so i have an appreciation for what Kara did for me. Fast, helpful assistance from their support team
I forgot to cancel my subscription with them. The money came out unexpectedly, and I was honestly pretty worried because it was the full year's subscription and I have had issues with internet companies not wanting to refund subscription fees in the past even when I asked for it immediately, without using it during the period I asked for the refund for. PDFFiller was great, though. I emailed them early this morning (late for me) and woke up to their response, which was that since it was less than 24 hours after the payment came out, they were able to just void the transaction. Assuming my bank is cool about it, I'll have my money back today.5/5 Do trust.
