I like everything I have tried with the exception of the fact that I cannot download a fillable form to my desktop. I wanted to make a form that I could pull up quickly on my computer when I have a new patient intake. It only allows a link and too many steps to make this a good alternative to the paper and pen format I am currently using.

I like how the PDF filler has been easy to work with but I think there should be a separate cost for those of us not using the filler all the time. Its expensive at the moment for me.

The system was quite user-friendly, however the quality of the initial edited documents was poor, with a green tinge appearing behind the altered text. A note to Paul at customer service had a solution identified, which solved the problem.

How do I fill a shape with a picture?
Click the shape for which you want to add a picture. On the Format tab, in the Shape Styles group, click the arrow next to Shape Fill. In the folder or location that the contains the picture you want to use, click the picture file, and then click Insert.

How do I fill a shape with a photo in Photoshop?
Paste your image in to Photoshop. Drag and drop or use Open dialog. Create the shape layer (ellipse). Make sure your image is above the shape layer in the Layers panel. Right-click your image in the layers panel, and choose To create Clipping Mask.

Make the selection on the layer that you want the image to fill. This is the destination layer. Select the image that will fill that selection. Choose Edition. Return to the destination layer and choose Distaste Specialist Into.
How do you fill a pen tool shape in Photoshop?
Fill a path Ctrl/right-click your path in the Paths tab on the right, and then choose Fill Path to create a shape from it. Change the Contents to either Foreground or Background, depending on the color swatch you wish to use. Use Content Aware if you wish to fill with pixels from the rest of the image.
