I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Its a good overall program although I had issues uploading my pdf assignment for school, and when I submitted it online, the pdf was completely blank. Not sure why this program did that.

I love that I can alter a pdf with just about anything. I can also send forms to my clients to e-sign through a secure site. Often I use it to sign documents that are sent to me as well.

The only drawback that I have is if I upload a document and want to use it for different customers, it doesn't save each one individually.

Easiest way to send contracts
We use this for business contracts in the wedding industry. At first, it was not easy to receive contracts back but with upgrading our account that has become easier.
Ease of use to send out contracts for electronic filling and filing
Sometimes it is confusing where the contracts end up once filled. Having to pay extra for certain capabilities isn't feasible for a small startup business

My experience with PDFfiller has been mostly smooth. It has beneficial features I haven't found with other PDF editors. There are a couple of things that I haven't been able to do but I'm not sure if it's not an option or I just don't know how to do them.
