Pleasant PDFiller! I use PDFfiller almost daily. I work in Accounts Receivable and customers frequently like to have additional information added to their invoice. Easy and Superb! I love how easy pdfFiller is to use. Also, the results are amazing! I uploaded a signature that looked great from my computer but I couldn't get the page colour right. PdfFiller fixed the colour so that the background of the upload and the entire document were identical. I didn't need to try fixing it myself!

What do you like best? OMG! I can’t said enough about it. I have use it so many times, why to overpaid for Adobe acrobat or similar when you can have this? I recommend it to everyone who needs to edit, rearrange and send PDFs. What do you dislike? Above the “By” line and below the Party Name, the signatory's signature is written. On the “By” line, the name of the person who is signing is inserted. On the “Its” line, that person's title — such as President — is inserted.
The correct legal persons should sign the contract. ... The introductory paragraph and the signature blocks should match completely. ... Make sure you know the correct legal entity. ... Make sure the correct people are signing the contract. ... Examples of contract signatures.
Legally it does not matter who signs the contract first as long as both parties agree to it. Practically speaking, it might be better to sign second. One reason for why it is argued that you should always sign second is that you will be bound by any amendments made after you sign.
