Really very convenient, far more handier than the others selectable with a quick google search.....not sure about $20 monthly fee though. An account with a paid service per use would also be handy, but 9/10

I signed up for a trial and forgot that…
I signed up for a trial and forgot that the annual subscription kicked in a month later. Subsequently, I realised that I have no use for the service/product. PDFfiller was kind and understanding. They responded almost immediately and refunded me without hesitation.

How do I make a fillable form in Google Docs?
Log in to your Gmail or Google account and click the “Drive” link at the top of the page.
Click the red “Create” button in the left column and then select “Form.” A form template opens in a new tab.
Type a name for the form in the “Title” field. Select one of the templates and click “Ok.”
