I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. I like PDFFIller because it always works, unlike some other PDF tools I've purchased in the past. PDFFiller is my goto tool and will become my exclusive tool once my other package expires.

There's a little confusion when saving to my Google Drive. Now and then, the file can't be found there when on my phone.

I've also used Ecopy for several years and just find PDFfiller to be more user friendly and stable. As I said, it's my goto PDF tool.

Learning how to use pdffiller
I'm just learning how to use pdffiller, and it's very easy to pick up. Of course, I've had to ask their tech support for help, and later discovered the answers were simple and in my face! It's all there. Tech support is great. They get back to you asap with very friendly and pertinent info.
I especially like the fact that you can create paperless docs and set them up to reuse them as templates. I think it's a great product!
