It's pretty good. There is a delay from when I type till when the text appears in the text box.Also, I don't like have each field with a help box. It is not very difficult to navigate, but I do have issues with finding some of the documents I need. Plus, I feel that the pricing of basic level is too much. I am a person with a limited income and can not afford much. I need this program to help with my taxes and a few other documents, but I can not afford to pay an entire years worth!

A proper company PDFfiller apparently thought I wanted a subscription to their service after trying it out once. I did not want that, however, and wrote to them to cancel the payment. They cancelled right away, no questions asked. You know a proper company when that is the procedure.
