It was a little difficult to navigate at first, but has allowed me to begin to file paper claims with insurance companies for a small medical company. Help was quick when I asked. Alignment is a little off, but it gave me a good, cheap start.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. What do you like best?
- Supports multiple document formats (images, multitude of text data interchange)
- Flexibility of drag and drop controls (date, text, etc)
- Ease of merging and detaching individual pages / coalesced documents
What do you dislike?
"Save" to desktop is usually 2 clicks. There could be a 1 click implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Huge improvement from Adobe Acrobat to complete forms

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Customer service is also great - prompt and friendly in attending to any questions or issues. Makes running my business that much easier.
