With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. We had a misunderstanding of the duration of the service. PDF was very gracious in correcting the mistake. I will not hesitate to use their services again. I highly reccmend this company for anyone.

I would give it a 5 except that when I go to edit a template, it shows up with over 1/2 or 3/4's of the page covered up! I have to keep closing it & reopening it to maybe finally work! Very frustrating.

I had an issue merging documents using my pdf-filler account. I submitted a help ticket and the representatives were prompt in addressing my concerns and quickly began troubleshooting the issue with me. The issue was resolved and I am truly thankful for the service I received & will continue to be a paying customer with pdf-filler for years to come!

Thrilled with this app!
After I found this option, I've been thrilled with it. No more prints and write; now I do everything directly in the computer. Less environmental damage, no ink and no papers. Loved it!

PDF Filler - Very Helpful
PDF Filler is an easy way to find and download documents. However, being in South Africa and having to pay in US $ is just too expensive.
