Successful Chat Support
Kara helped me locate a document that I could not find after downloading it. What a relief!
I was extremely worried because personal information was on the document. Through the chat support feature, Kara guided me in locating the document in my account (which I didn't know I had), moving it to the Trash, and then permanently deleting it.

A perfect user-friendly PDF Editor
`*I usually don't look forward to doing PDF editing as it is usually a nightmare. Nothing lines up, missing a feature you need, doesn't save correctly, or you can't send it, etc.
This is the first PDF editor that I actually have fun with, super user-friendly, fast learning curve, yet looks professional, is feature rich [in fact it has features the others don't have], and no problems saving and sending or later editing it again down the road. I am just ending a one month free trial offer and will gladly renew it as my permanent PDF editor.

I'm working on several files for which I need to be able to type in the answers as my hands have arthritis in them and that makes it difficult to write. The instructions could be a little clearer. To be honest, I'm a new widow and I wasn't thinking very clearly. I haven't taken the time to read the online instructions so my navigational issues are of my own neglect. I think you have a wonderful product actually.

Where is the bookmark icon?
For the most part, the bookmarks feature can usually be identified by a star-shaped icon located on the right side of your browser's main search bar.
What is the bookmark icon?
A favicon /fæv.kn/ (short for favorite icon), also known as a shortcut icon, website icon, tab icon, URL icon, or bookmark icon, is a file containing one or more small icons, associated with a particular website or web page.
How do I change the icon on my favorites bar?
By default, you don't get too many choices for icons. TIP: Use a shortcut folder on the desktop. Right click that shortcut (a shortcut to “My Documents” for example), select “Properties”, and then “Change Icon”. Copy and paste that folder path to the options for your Favorites Bar icon.
How do I save a bookmark as a shortcut?
Navigate to your favorite page and click the icon in the right corner of the screen. Select More tools. Select Create Shortcut Edit the shortcut name. Click Create.
Can I change bookmark icons?
Go to the website that you want to bookmark. If you've already bookmarked it, just open it in a new tab. Then, click on the Favicon Changer icon in Chrome. Here, select if you want to change the favicon for the entire site, or just that particular page.

Actually all you need is to browse to www.site.com/favicon.ico, and you will see the cached old icon, click refresh (CTRL+R) or (CTRL+F5) and you will see the new one. Go back to www.site.com and enjoy the new favicon. Looked through suggestions to change stuck favicons in my bookmarks bar.
Can you change bookmark icons on iPhone?
Although you can't change the icons for the apps themselves, iOS does allow you to create “stand-ins” or “bookmarks” that, when tapped, will launch the app in question.
