I did not like the fact that when you decided to make it a service that charges you money, there was no warning. It forced you to pay if you wanted to keep your documents. I'm past that now and I am really ENJOYING it now that I am a paying customer.

It is sometimes difficult to understand how to use the different functionalities. Your "how to" guides focus on "push this button, then this" but are not focused on the end product (i.e. " how do you create a XXXX")

just started using the product and it works very well. The only thing is that I will use it for the forms I need to fill out and then will cancel since I won't need to use the product after 30 days. You should have a one time fee.

I don't like the when people on my site go to my billable form that they can't list go right to the for. Like Hellosign.

I use the Sign Now that the availability comes with the Platinum pkg. I found that I have to keep resubmitting every document I upload...I have to refresh the page. Every document I send out I have to refresh the page again. I know to clean my cookies and Cache and I still have to refresh.

I love the fact that the clients can sign their documents as we wait instead of looking for an email or having to print it out sign it and then get it back to us.

I had know problem using it.
It is design for people who aren't that familiar with different programs.
Easy to use, self explanatory . Even my wife who rarely uses computer was able to use it.She was surprised her self that she able to use it without much help.

The affordability of pdf filler to begin with . It's an excellent price for all of the features u need to run a business . And the pff filler is incredibly easy and quick to use . With ismts many features u can do everything from creating your own documents to keep ur business running smoothly to editing documents to fit your needs down to signing document and sending them out to partners or clientele.all in all PDf filler is a awesome addition to your business to keep thingsvk running

PDF Fill gives me the ability to either edit a particular document to suit your business needs at the moment or create a document . You can do everything needed from pdf filler from create odit to sign or send to be signed to file , email etc it's very easy to understand and use as well as affordable

New to this software but appears to be want I needed working with the many aspects of PDF's for our website. PDF Filler offered an excellent annual rate. I am concerned a little about getting to involved with them. You see it happen often after one year with service providers the rates start increasing. Than you need to find a new service to merge your existing business with. We'll see. Overall though the company has been excellent.

Honesty and integrity are not something…
Honesty and integrity are not something I align with online trial subscription. Most will hope you forget so they can charge you anyway. But PDFfilIer holds to a higher standard. I am NOT an employee forced to write a review. This for real just happened like 10 minutes ago.
I signed up for a trial to complete a job for my employer. Forgot to cancel before the trial ended. I don't make much, so $96 was a hit I wasn't expecting or able to pay. Support had already approved and completed the refund and cancelation of my subscription before I had even finished explaining my situation to the rep in chat (Aiden). The email came from "Sarah from PDFfiller" explaining that it was taken care of while I was still chatting with the rep.
I was expecting a battle. Now I expect to either sign up with PDFfiller when I have a more consistent need or get my boss to pay for the service. The platform was quick and easy to navigate. Based solely on this experience, I would recommend this platform if you are in need of creating these types of documents.
The only thing I would change is that I couldn't find my payment options in my account info to see what card was used. Nor could I find an avenue to change my payment options.
