The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. cancelled as a gesture of goodwill
I downloaded the software and although it has a lot of good features, I didn't really need it. I thought I had cancelled right then, but I haven't found any more mail from me. Now the annual amount has been debited and I have contacted their support. After I explained that I didn't actually use the software, the subscription contract was subsequently and I was refunded the amount.

I teach 3rd grade and most of the resources and district resources are in PDF or Doc Hub format. This does not allow my students to fill these kinds of worksheets out online. That was a problem until now. PdfFiller is saving me time and effort in preparing lessons for my students.
