I mistakenly did not cancel the trial…
I mistakenly did not cancel the trial period and was billed for a year's subscription. When I wrote to the support team, they immediately cancelled the subscription with a full refund. Even though the mistake had been mine, there was no lengthy questioning about how it happened or extra surcharges or the like. I very much appreciated their professionalism in meeting my needs.

I just started using it today
I just started using it today. So far, I am very happy with it. I was able to use the draw feature to sign where I needed to, how I wanted to without using the "sign" feature.

it's been satisfactory so far how ever with the limitations i can't justify the cost especially the requiired annual payment in which i can't afford at this time and the use of the product will be limited and not on a consistent basis therefore i can't pay the annual fee at one time

What do you like best?
It is very user friendly. It has a lot of features that I constantly use. I have expanded from a one user account to a multi user account becasue the product is so good.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. I am able to youtube anything that I don't understand and typically get it.

Can you fight a 30-day notice?
In some states, if you have a month-to-month lease, the landlord can give you a 30-day notice to move for any reason. In others, he must have “just cause” and cannot evict you without reason.
What do you do when you give a 30-day notice?
If you have given a tenant 30-days written notice to vacate your property, and he fails to move, you need to file an unlawful detained lawsuit, aka eviction lawsuit, with the Superior Court. Make sure you have just cause legal ground for the eviction.
Do you have to pay rent when you give a 30-day notice?
Yes, rent has to be paid during 30 days notice period. Rent is paid as far as you hold the possession of property including notice period. The landlord can voluntarily agree to let you take back the notice, but would typically only do so if they either had not yet rented your rental unit, or could reach an agreement with the incoming tenant to accept an alternative rental unit.
Can you cancel intent to vacate?
Giving your landlord notice of your intent to vacate a rental is binding and can't be unilaterally rescinded if you have a change of heart or circumstances. You will have to persuade your landlord to let you stay, which may be challenging, especially if the unit has already been marketed or rented again.
Can notice to vacate be reversed?
When the landlord serves an eviction notice in this situation, you simply have three days to move out. A tenant can never cancel this type of eviction notice. However, the landlord can. You would have to negotiate with the landlord and meet whatever terms he requires for giving you permission so stay.
