I've been able to recreate documents into templates and this way it is easy to fill out when they are used repeatedly. I also like the signature part makes signing docs very handy. I haven't used, but am excited about the notary part that was added.

Difficult to naviagte
Frustrating... but it may work better on a computer rather than an ipad.
I like that you can create password protected files and templates to sign if there's is sensitive information needing to be shared.
The overall function seem to be helpful, but difficult to use on an ipad for sure! I found it difficult to attempt to build a template as you cannot move the fields you create once you place them. It can make for a sloppy look in your template.

Great tool and helpful to keep business going while traveling or on the go.
Simple, easy to use format. I could access it while on the go and get work done without having to log into my laptop.
When trying to "save as", it takes a few more steps than I'd like it to.

One of the best PDF filler's on the market. Various ways to collect your initials and signatures, easy to use and well worth it... Think a bit pricey, but for what it offers it is highly recommended.
SUGGESTION: Add a once off option - I only use it occasionally.

How do I replace the seal on my toilet?
Shut off the water supply. Flush the toilet to the empty the tank. This may take more than one flush. Soak up the remaining water. Remove the caps from the nuts. Remove the nuts. Disconnect the water supply line. Rock the toilet back and forth. Remove the old seal.
When should I replace my toilet wax ring?

Which is better wax or rubber toilet seal?
Wax-free toilet seals are made out of a heavy-duty rubber, so they're flexible enough to shimmy into the flange without smearing a wax ring. Wax-free seals can also be reused. As long as they're still attached to the bowl in good condition, you can reinstall the toilet without replacing the seal. So, which is better?
