I found that PDFfiller allowed me to fill out & print tax forms that were not supported by my tax software.I do wish that your service was bit more straight forward in the pricing. I almost didn't sign up because I felt tricked into using the form thinking it was free. A free form or 2 and I would have signed up 100% no questions. It is a great value and it surprises me with new features on a quarterly basis. When I need new functionality I search for it and am no longer surprised when it is there!
I wish it would break down .PDF text into MS Word documents.

Really convenient with good functionality
Its versatility mainly. There are a good range of functions that make the use of the product very easy.
It would be useful to have a larger range of fonts as sometimes the lack of variety is restrictive and therefore some documents cannot be created.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

I must file my church's taxes for our employees every year. I found this site last year. I love it! I prints the information I need. I can make copies and send it. I could send directly to IRS but chose not to do that route!!

I love that pdfFiller.com has a vast selection to search through, although it can be frustrating to find what you are looking for because even when you change the search information, the same ones pull right back up. The price is fair if you use it daily or at least 3 times a week, which I don't but I use it frequently enough since there is no cheaper option than the monthly rate.
