Too many going back and forth tasks to complete a form. You need to make this more friendly for the user not experienced. Make it like MS Word with what is available from the subscription, as for example: when I needed to use the eraser, it brought me to a screen to purchase to get, even though I have a monthly subscription. Not fair.

While I understand that you want to get subscriptions for a whole year and renew those subscriptions annually, I would prefer to have an invoice at the end of the year, so that I could decide if I wanted to continue using your service or not. I really resent automatice renewals. Hence I went with the month to month as my need for your program may only be for a short time.

Your guy was good - but I really didn't get the result from the program I expected. I thought it would convert to word exactly. I understand why it didn't - just makes the program less than what I had thought I was buying. I don't do this type of work often and will probably just discontinue the program.

Should I flatten my PDF?
Flattening a PDF is necessary to reduce a document's size, if a PDF includes a form, or to meet other sponsor formatting requirements. PDFs that are not flattened can create errors when users upload documents to a sponsor's system.
How do I flatten a PDF for free?
To start, drop your PDF file or upload it from your device or your cloud storage service. Select the elements to flatten: annotations, form fields, and/or layers. Click on the Flatten button. Download the flattened PDF file to your computer or save it directly to your cloud storage service.
How do you flatten an entire PDF?
Open the copy and choose Advanced > PDF Optimizer. Click the Clean Up tab. Select Remove Hidden Layers Content and Flatten Layers, and then click OK. When prompted, save the Optimized PDF with another new name.
