It worked well for our needs. We just needed one form not available as a fill in through irs.gov. But I don't like the automatic sub renewal. We just needed it once and I didn't remember/understand that it automatically renewed.

Great Program but.....
There are too many software programs out there that do this when they should be very clear from the get go.
Great functionality. It had everything I needed for pdf editing. It took no time at all for me to do what I wanted to the document I was revising.
Everything was great as far as features and ease of us BUT I do not appreciate or like that it said it was FREE to try and then after making all my changes and going to download it then came up that I needed to give my credit card information in order to get my document. After I declined I was bombarded by emails. I won't go back to it ever.

This software has solved many problems for a few clients, well done.
Being able to host the forms online for anyone to fill out, which is something that I couldn't find with any other software.
No way to remove the flow of fields, you are just able to move the order around, which is very annoying as well.

Easy to use
I have converted from our company's old way of emailing documents to print, sign, and scan back to us to digital signatures. It has made the process much easier for me and all of our new team members
I would love to be able to consolidate multiple documents into one OR send multiple documents with one email

It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. A good pdf editor, although there is still some work to do with the command consistency with the environment (windows keys, for instance while editing a document if we press home the screen goes to the header of the document).
