This has been very helpful and affordable. Please make sure that my credit card is only charged one time. Initially, the processing would not accept my card and I have entered this card for the same Monthly subscription approx 3x's. Please make sure that only one monthly fee of19.99 is charged to may account. I am not in aposition right now for excessive billing. It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

Took forever to figure out it wasn't free. Here I thought I was filling out a form to print and filled it all out then said I need to pay. Very frustrating

Over all really helpful, especially with me filling out awards and scholarships for grade 12. Only issue I had was when typing the text box wouldn't fit as nicely as I would have liked it to, so lines ran through the text and made it a bit harder to read.

pdfFiller support - Honest and Prompt
I used pdfFiller with a free trial account because I only needed a single instance use. Product worked perfectly for my needs than I cancelled the account. Later in the month my bank advised of a subscription payment!!!
I contacted pdfFiller support to put my case. Result .... immediate reply from pdfFiller with refund of subscription arranged. Honest and prompt.

I recently saw a charge for a PDF filling service, and I had no memory of signing up for it. December 2020 has not been a picnic for me. I reached out to customer service, and ******* handled it from beginning to end. She even works to get things done when I was not able to get her all the information she needed, due to unfortunate events going on in my life. They have reverse the charges. I don't know if this product works or not, but I do know that their customer service team does or very well if you are patient and persistent with them. That's rare for any product. So, they get five stars from me.
