I like the program, but I really needed the ability to add Bates Numbering.
If the program would overcome some of the rather important limitations, this would
be an excellent deal for the money.

Its good, except that it saves the document automatically without allowing a Save as function when printing, so it overwrites the previous file, which is not so good.

What does the Directive of the European Union on Electronic Signatures deal with?
Midas ensures that each form of electronic signature is admissible as evidence in EU courts and shall not be denied legal effect solely because it is in electronic form. But, in fact, it is uncommon that a member state (or its courts) will use a qualified electronic signature to authenticate a transaction.
What is Midas certificate?
Under the Midas Regulation (EU) No 910/2014, a qualified certificate for electronic signature refers to a certificate for electronic signatures, that is issued by a qualified trust service provider and meets the requirements specified within the regulation.
What is a TSP?
According to Midas a TSP is a trust service provider who provides one or more qualified trust services and is granted the qualified status by the supervisory body (article 3.20). Once the status gained, the TSP is audited every two years to ensure that it still follows Midas strict requirements.
What regulates electronic transactions in the European Union?
Description. Midas oversees electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the European Union's internal market. The regulation came into effect in July 2014, as a means to facilitate secure and seamless electronic transactions within the European Union.
