Easy to use -- several format/file extension options for saving and ability to link with cloud and sharing platforms makes this so versatile. I like how the service is not that expensive and there's a lot of functionality and they keep upgrading their features.

They could improve the user interface to be more user friendly in some ways.

I'm able to have my clients sign documents by just emailing them the link and if they make a mistake, they can always open up the link and sign again.

A no-nonsense PDF editor that does what it promises
PDFfiller is a straight-forward, easy to use PDF editing solution, and the greatest pro is the online drag and drop interface!
It obviously lacks the features of Bluebeam and Adobe, however if you know that going in, you won't be disappointed as it does exactly what most people need.

Great after-sales support!
I recently signed pdfiler demo version to convert a PDF to a word document but for for some reason it didn't work, not the point.
Point it, I forgot to cancel my subscription and was billed for the year.
I immediately cancelled my subscription and contacted pdfiler via the online chat.
That answered within 20 seconds and immediately refunded my payment.
