We thought this was a bit scammy when we were charged for a plan no one recalled signing up for but once we found the email address associated with the account they cancelled the subscription and refunded the charge, no questions asked. Very pleased!

I made a mistake and bought a year subscription instead of one month as I needed, I immediately emailed customer support and thought I would be waiting days for a reply if I was lucky, but to my surprise I received a response within 2 minutes. She offered to change my subscription and refund the rest of my money, I of course excepted and they changed it immediately! ***** ******** for your amazing customer service! How does furniture warranty work?
The furniture is free from defects in workmanship, materials and construction for one year from the date of purchase. If there's a problem that's covered by the warranty, the manufacturer will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product or refund the original purchase price product.
How does Ashley Furniture warranty work?
Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. warrants to you, the original retail purchaser, for a period of one year from the date of purchase, all leather to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, seam slippage, cracking, and dye transfers.
How do I use my Ashley Furniture warranty?
Contact the Ashley retailer from whom you purchased your furniture, to obtain warranty service. All claims must include the original bill of sale, the product serial number, and be filed within the applicable warranty period. Ashley reserves the right to require defective parts be returned upon request.
What is covered under Ashley Furniture warranty?
LIMITED WARRANTIES. A Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to all frames used in sofas, couches, love seats, upholstered chairs, ottomans, sectionals, and sleepers. Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. warrants these components to you, the original retail purchaser, to be free from material manufacturing defects.
Can you return furniture to Ashley?
As per the Ashley Furniture Return Policy, return your product within 30 days from purchase. Opened or used product is not returnable. In case of a defective product, immediately inform customer care. Return not excepted after 30 days.
