I had trouble with printing but being the stubborn person I am, I did not request help. I did manage to print after a while. When I did complain, they listened and made a correction on the bill. I'm quite happy with the program now.

The PDF filler worked beautifully and I like it. It was exceptional. But rather costly I could not afford it at this time. But I had no problems achieving what I did with documents I wanted to change.

Working great for filling out forms, on my phone or PC saving and printing. However, trouble signing in when opening file from email and works more smoothly if signed in before opening.

Fast loading program works great for someone that has to complete a lot of pdf forms and don't want to have to handwrite the forms and mail them in.

Kara in customer support was AMAZING!!! I couldn't get a form to do what I needed it to do so I sent it to her and she did it for me in no time! I needed it right away and she fixed my problem and saved my behind!!! I love this company!! Worth it's weight in GOLD!!!
