Easy to use!
I found the system very easy to use and have only scratched the surface. Converting documents to an editable form was easy to do and the system made it easy to find available PDF or other formatted versions online.
Saving different versions or templates was a bit of a challenge but that was easily remedied.

Helpful for Digital Signature
Overall the PDF filler is amazing and free!
These days, a lot of people don't have printers and scanners. Also, a lot of us are working from home. This software makes it possible to sign documents without printing and scanning.
My least favorite thing is that you have to create an account to save your document. It would be nice to not have to provide my email to save the document.

Very convenient!
Refilling forms is now a thing of the past for me, with this app I can make templates for reusable forms, it‘s also a convenience for my client as I can pull up forms in no time.
Erasing was quite a struggle when I was assisting my coworker, it took a while to figure that I only have to adjust the size.

Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

Can I access my IRS records online?
You can access your federal tax account through a secure login at IRS.gov/account. View the amount you owe, along with details of your balance, your payment history, tax records, and key tax return information from your most recent tax return as originally filed.
How do I look at transcripts?
To obtain a transcript from a California public school, you will need to contact the school directly. If the school is closed, we suggest contacting the local school district or the County Office of Education for assistance. Contact information for these entities may be obtained from the California School Directory.
Can I get a copy of my tax return from the IRS?
Request transcripts by calling 1-800-829-1040, or order by mail using IRS Form 4506-T, “Request for Transcript of Tax Form.” Specify the type of transcript you are requesting. The IRS does not charge a fee for transcripts, which are available for the current and three prior calendar years. Allow two weeks for delivery.
Where can I get my IRS records?
You may order a tax return transcript and/or a tax account transcript using Get Transcript by Mail or call 800-908-9946. Please allow 5 to 10 calendar days for delivery. You may also submit Form 4506-T.
How can I get my tax transcript online immediately?
How to access IRS transcripts online You must register or log in to your IRS Online Account. After signing in, click “Get Transcript Online” here. Pick a reason from the drop-down menu. Select your IRS transcript by year and download the pdf.
How do I look up my IRS records?
You can access your federal tax account through a secure login at IRS.gov/account. Once in your account, you can view the amount you owe along with details of your balance, view 18 months of payment history, access Get Transcript, and view key information from your current year tax return.
