It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. What do you like best?
I like the idea that I can edit a PDF document that is not machine fillable. I have been using this program for several years now in personal and not for profit business.
What do you dislike?
This is not the most user friendly program to use. It lacks a search field or help section to answer questions as how to do something I do not know how to do. It would be nice to be able to save a document as you are finishing instead of having to go back and rename a document. This is the case when I am using a master form that gets updated each month. I work on my laptop and the print screen has the print button to low. I see a sliver of the print button, that if I mess around with it for a while, I can eventually click on it. I can't be the only person with this problem. It would be helpful if the print screen could open a little higher on the screen, reduce some of the preface before the print button or have the print button on the top of the form. I also get frustrated with getting an actual signature in the system. There are no clear instructions on how to do that. It took me hours and hours to get my signature as part of the program. It would be nice to be able to scan a signature into the program. I have used Adobe DC with work in the past and I find it is a superior product, but not worth the cost with the volume of paperwork I need to do. Also a typical example of issues I have with PDFiller is the instruction to take a screen shot of my log in page. I have no idea of how to do that so I attached a PDF master document I use pdfiller to complete each month.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't expect to see the most beautiful documents as far as how things line up, but it is certainly a way to complete PDF forms typed instead of hand written,

As I stated above I use PDF filler with forms that are not fillable. I have used them to complete tax returns when a fillable form is not available. I have used them to sign a document instead of having to print, sign and rescan the document before sending it back to the originator. I have not used it to obtain other peoples signature

PDF filer Completing forms and getting them to whomever I choose. Ease of use. I love this software. I have a health issue that makes filling out forms quite difficult. With this software, I am able to complete any document. There is not much to dislike. So no comments on that.

So far so good I think the app is very good, well worth the price. Some features would be really good to have on the offline app. Only had it one day but other than that the editing tools are perfect for my business needs.

I used this PDFfiller for the 1st time… I used this PDFfiller for the 1st time and it worked great. I was able to drag the document that was sent to me into the PDF filler and it opened all the fields so I could edit and resend.

What do you like best? I like the fact that it is a browser-based software, no download required. What do you dislike? That fact I most dislike is that you can't pay per use, as I don't edit pdfs very often. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure to cancel your subscription after you are done using it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The problem I was solving using this was filling out a housing application for an apartment. This was very helpful and even better than acrobat in terms of placing text.

There is no public source to use to find a company's EIN. Your company is required to provide the EIN on your W2. You should always enter your wage information from your W2 and not from your pay stub. This reduces the chances that you will need to amend your tax return because of incomplete or missing information.
Call the IRS If all else fails and you really cannot find your EIN on existing documents, you can reach out to the IRS by calling the Business & Specialty Tax Line at 800-829-4933. Make sure to call between the hours 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. local time.
Use Form 4852 If you haven't gotten the federal tax ID number by mid-April, you still must file your tax return. Use Form 4852, Substitute for Form W-2, to record what information you do have. It may take the IRS additional time to process your refund while they attempt to verify your employment information.
Your employer identification number (EIN), or VEIN, allows you to do business and report financial information to the Internal Revenue Service. However, an EIN number is a public record, making your company vulnerable to people who care less about your business.
The verification process for an authorized representative is simple. Call the IRS at (800) 829-4933. The IRS representative will request your identifying information. The representative will then give you the EIN number over the phone.
Federal Unemployment Insurance Account Numbers The account number for amounts paid for FTA tax is the employer's 9-digit Federal Employer Identification Number.
Ask the IRS to search for your EIN by calling the Business & Specialty Tax Line at 800-829-4933. The hours of operation are a.m. - p.m. local time, Monday through Friday.
When it comes to EIN/Tax ID numbers, there is no official public record of business tax ID numbers for privately held businesses. A federal Employer Identification Number (is commonly abbreviated EIN) is the tax ID number the Internal Revenue Service issues to employers.
Look on one of your pay stubs from the employer in the current tax year. The EIN is a nine-digit number in the format 12-3456789.
Look on line 15 of the W-2 form you receive by the end of January each year. The EIN number is a nine-digit number that follows the format XX-XXXXXXX. Call your employer's human resource or accounting department and ask a representative to look up the information for you.
A federal employer identification number, or EIN, is a nine-digit number the IRS assigns to businesses for tax filing and reporting purposes. However, most sole proprietors don't need to obtain an EIN and can use their Social Security numbers instead. Even so, you may want to obtain an EIN anyway.
The IRS website notes taxpayer identification numbers are used by the agency in the enforcement of tax rules and laws. A social security number can be used as one form of tax ID number. As a business owner you will probably need a tax ID number besides your social security number.
The SEIN is located in the section where the account holder's SSN is typically located. City, county, or state licenses necessary for your businesses usually also have the SEEN listed on them.
Once you have registered your business with the EDD, you will be issued an eight-digit employer payroll tax account number (example: 000-0000-0), also known as a State Employer Identification Number, SEEN, or state ID number.
A SEEN is a State Employer ID Number. Required by all employers. Wholesalers, Retailers or buyers of wholesale items need this. A SEEN is a State Employer ID Number.
