User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. I love the program. I could wish it had some other features for editing the existing documents but for what I generally need (real estate forms) it is fantastic!

What do you like best?
I like the ease to update a document quickly and effectively.

I wish that it was more intuitive I.e. when I erase something, ask what I’d like to do next and learn my behavior.

Hands down, the best PDF tool!
I haven't come across any other feature filled tool like this one; it's a solid 10/10. The support team is excellent! My technical issue was resolved in a record 30 minutes!

I think 40 dollars is too much, but...
I think 40 dollars is too much, what you offer is well worth it except for the fact that it's a service I would only use occasionally. So 40 bucks every month is way too much for me. But I do love what you offer.

Auto Renewal Charge
I was auto charged for a 2nd year for this service via PayPal. I do not need it and was surprised to see the charge. I contacted customer service via chat and they immediately issued a refund with no questions asked. I received an immediate email confirmation. That is customer service. Thank you pdfFiller.
