What do you like best?
PDF Filler is super simple to use. I love that you can just click where you need to put information (whether it’s a checkbox, words, etc) and it’s done. If you have a form that you use often you can even save it as a template so you don’t have to go back in and create new boxes each time.
What do you dislike?
I’ve had a few issues with the site being down but this only lasted for short periods of time. Otherwise, the product itself is fantastic.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Instead of needing to print forms out, we are able to fill them out online, at a cost effective price. Saving us paper, ink and time.

Home Inspector I still like the program albeit the script and font could use some improvements Being able to fill reports online , print and send. The script is hard to line up , checking off boxes is also difficult.

I love the PDFfiller, I find it very easy to use. It is making my newsletter each month alot easier to create. I am able to erase words that I don't need & put in the ones that are easier to read. I have some PDF's that are very light gray print and don't copy very well. I can take out the words that are too light & replace them with clearer, larger, darker letters. It is easy to go back to change anything that is not what I want.

Update a watermark Open a single PDF. Choose Tools > Edit PDF > Watermark > Update. Make changes to the watermark, and then click OK.
View PDF document properties. Choose File. Select Properties. Click the Description tab. Find the creation date and time near the title and author.
Export your document in PDF format. Open the PDF in Locklizard Safeguard Writer and choose whether you want to prevent screenshots, printing, add dynamic print and view watermarks, expire the document on a fixed date, etc. To add a dynamic watermark, open the 'View watermarks' tab and change the text appropriately.
Click the color button in the Fill & Sign menu and choose your desired color. By default, the signature color is black. To retain the default color of the signature, make sure the Retain Original Color For Signature option is unchecked.
Update a watermark Choose Tools > Edit PDF > Watermark > Update.
