It takes a little experience to use the system easily. You could use more instructions. Perhaps a start guide on how to perform various manuevers.

Just started. Quite happy so far. Still a little confused. When I am bringing up the same patient from last week when we just signed up, kind of confusing for us. It is okay now when we see the small icon to print from, because we only have two patients, but it is a trial and error because you can't really read the patient's name until the last phase of the print screen. This will be an impossible task once we get 10-20 patients. We need to learn more about it. Also, do you have a clearinghouse feature so that we can just submit the claim electronically?

I hate having to type in a verification code when I leave for a bit. I know it is fro security reasons, but I would really appreciate it if you did not make it type the code.

It usually takes a while or is difficult to edit a document, but with PdfFiller, it's easier and faster. I can take a form I often use, and instead of entering the information every time, I can change the date

Can multi currency be deactivated?
Once you turn the multicurrency feature on you cannot turn it off again, so be absolutely sure you want to turn it on. The multicurrency feature and foreign currencies are available in QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus, and Advanced.
How do I turn off multi currency in QuickBooks?
In QuickBooks, click the Edit menu, select Preferences. Select the Left Preferences list, click Multiple Currencies. Click the Company Preferences tab to display the preference options.
