Customer support was very quick to reply to my issue. I had been charged for my pdf and wanted to cancel as would not use the service enough to justify $96.00. In reply I was told it would be cancelled and the automatic renewal deleted. My only regret is that my money would not be refunded.***** to the charge I had tried (unsuccessfully) to find out how to cancel it. Im either stupid or the instructions werent on line.to easily find.

Very convenient!
Refilling forms is now a thing of the past for me, with this app I can make templates for reusable forms, it‘s also a convenience for my client as I can pull up forms in no time.
Erasing was quite a struggle when I was assisting my coworker, it took a while to figure that I only have to adjust the size.

My subscription had expired
My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. She helped me figure out my dilemma. Thank youMathieu

Good Software - I would recommend to others
Good software. Did what I needed it to do. The layout could be a little less cumbersome, kind of busy when you look at the screen, a lot of icons/pics and made a simpler to navigate.

How do you calculate a 30-day notice?
A tenant must vacate the rental unit by the end of the thirtieth day after the date on which notice was served. For example, if a 30-day notice is served on July 16, you would begin counting days on July 17, and the 30-day period would end on August 15.
Do you have to give 30 days notice on the 1st?
30 days is 30 days. You do not need to actually give the notice on the first, but you need to give AT LEAST 30 days notice. That is, it can be more, but it can't be less. Practically speaking, the landlord may or may not seek to get the additional month's rent our of you.
What happens if you don't give 30 days notice before moving?
If you fail to give proper notice, you may have to pay rent for another month or for the length of your lease if it automatically renewed. However, there's always the option of subletting your apartment if your landlord and/or lease allow for it.
When should you give a 30-day notice?
The 30-day notice is unique in that it can only take effect on certain days: the rental due date during a periodic lease, or the end date of a term lease. For example, if a landlord wants the tenant to vacate on February 1st, they would need to give a 30-day notice at least 30 days before February 1st.
Do I have to give 30 days notice if I have no lease?
Getting out of a month-to-month lease typically requires giving a 30-day written notice. To get out of a lease without giving 30 days notice, you either need the mutual consent of the landlord and tenant or there must be a serious breach of the lease.
Does a 30-day notice include weekends?
Generally speaking, you count all the calendar days for a thirty-day notice. Weekend days count, holidays count, weekdays count.
Does 30 days notice include the day you give notice?
Notice Requirements for California Tenants Unless your rental agreement provides a shorter notice period, you must give your landlord 30 days' notice to end a month-to-month tenancy. Be sure to check your rental agreement which may require that you give notice on the first of the month or on another specific date.
Does a 7-day notice include weekends?
That is, the tenant (and the court) will not count the day of service, but will count all other days, including weekends and legal holidays. EXAMPLE: Tenant was served a Seven-Day Notice to Pay Rent and another tenant was served with a Five-Day Notice to Quit for Unlawful Detained on a Monday.
