Surprised I had signed up for a year
It worked as I expected. Only needed it to print once but ended up using it twice. Not sure when I will need it again
Not sure if I can cancel or if it is automatically renewed. May never use again so I hope I will get a message that I can continue or decline.

The site is good but just takes time to…
The site is good but just takes time to load pdf's, when i scroll it takes about 4 or 5 seconds to notice what i did.

Great product for online registration
This site was exactly what we needed to edit pdf's and create fillable fields for all of our school enrollment forms. The options for receiving the information when completed, as well as many other perks made this a perfect product for our use. Embedding a Google Form on your public website is easy. Here are the steps to follow: Create your form (it doesn't matter what the sharing settings art can even be private to you) Go to Form dropdown in the spreadsheet view, and click Embed form in a webpage
