Quick to respond to email.
Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. Their program is wonderful. I had a special project last year and it performed as expected. This year project over, subscription wasn't necessary but it automatically renewed. I cancelled it and within MINUTES customer support responded they were processing the refund. Exceptional customer support. I would highly recommend this service.

How do you indicate required fields?
Most designers use asterisks to indicate the required fields. But it is necessary to stop, the research on the subject is clear, and it is already the case for quite some time, used asterisks for the required field is a common mistake.
