I wish I didn't have to pay. I would have found another free site, like going to SSI site, but I had already filled in all the blanks and it was so time consuming that it wasn't worth the effort. I will cancel as soon as I get the bill.

I love that you can turn any document or picture into pdf. As a loan officer, I need copies of driver's license and social security. Everyone has a nice phone but the format is not PDF. This PDFfiller is the best. It only has a few fonts. That is the reason for the 4 out of 5.

The dashboard is well laid out and intuitive. It is easy to figure out the functions of buttons without referring to FAQ.

There is a little bit of a disconnect when saving your file, it's not always easy to figure where it is being saved.

So helpful for submitting assignments at school. Wish I didn't have to pay for this amazing function, but understand that the company needs money to continue and I will happily support them :)

Immediate refund received
I had thought I had cancelled my subscription so was very surprised to get a notification from PayPal that I had been charged $96. You an edit PDFs and make forms fillable. It is easy to navigate and design your forms. I thought it was easy to add additional information to an existing pdf.
