It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

I thought this would be to costly per mo. for my use. When I went to cancel I was offered a 75% discount to stay for another yr. That will certainly give me time to see its use.

What do you like best?
PDF filler is very user-friendly. My favorite features are that it saves your docs. This makes it easy to keep editing docs that you use over and over. Also, when you use the erase feature, it keeps the eraser on the same line, which I could never do on my own! At the end, you can download the whole doc, or individual pages, this feature really helps and saves time on splitting the document with other programs.
What do you dislike?
Once docs are ready, the loading time to save can sometimes feel slow. Also, uploading the docs can sometimes feel slow. This is not a deal breaker, but perhaps something that can be worked on. I think there should also be a feature where you can upload docs one after the other for the same session, and it will merge the docs (or ask if you want to) and edit them together. It seems right now we have to edit each separate if they are not already joined, save them, and then go to another program to merge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have an option to merge docs, make speeds quicker.

When I get contracts, most of the time they are not complete to be approved. This allows me to add extra details and even sign the docs. I like the stamp it adds to show when the signature was made.

What do you dislike?
Not a big deal if you're not a developer, but the price of using their API is kind of ridiculous! $149 a month, seriously? Why don't don't you offer a reasonable smaller plan developers trying to accomplish minor things.

Make it possible in Zapier to send contracts for signing to Send Now, looks more legitimate to clients in my opinion for signing.

PDF Filler The Helpful Software
PDF is helpful software for the Certificates of Insurance and Acord forms need for my business clients. In my experience this software helps me to be able to expedite request from my clients in a timely manner.
The software is user friendly. Easy to manage all Certificates that are needed in my business.
I have not found anything that I did not like in the software at this point.

The application itself is amazing..
The application itself is amazing... everything works great... awesome features... easy to use... convenient... BUT... as with all of these services... they threaten you with a ridiculous amount ($96 for the basic annual subscription) if you forget to cancel your membership... and if I pay $96 I want lifetime access to something... or I'm not doing it, period. That's insane. It costs them next to nothing to maintain this website... it's just advertising. Oh, and they come up as a free online editor but then you gotta sign up for the trial and everything else... the hassle never ends. If this place let everyone use it for free they could make a killing on all the advertising they could sell... and everyone would get a free editor... anyway, I digress... enjoy the app!

This is a true time saver!!!
This is a true time saver!!!! Not real user friendly BUT if you stay with it you'll reach your goal of a completed form. After that, print off and take to or send to the Court. If you need to modify later you simply go back to your account and documents saved and make the changes.

How do you qualify for ERA?

How does ERA appointment work?
The ERA is a special authority by which agencies can appoint an eligible veteran without competition. The ERA is an excepted appointment to a position that is otherwise in the competitive service. What is the difference between ERA and VEGA?
ERA is a non-competitive appointment authority which allows organizations to place eligible persons in positions up to the GS-11 (no limit on promotion potential). VEGA is an authority which allows eligible veterans to compete on status announcements (not open to all US citizens).
How many times can you use ERA?
Answer: No. There is no limit to the number of times you can apply for positions when agencies are accepting applications under ERA. Question: Is there a limit to the number of times I can use 30% or More Disabled Veteran appointing authority? Answer: No.
Does time in grade apply ERA?
A. No. Such an employee remains subject to time-in-grade restrictions. The VEGA is not a noncompetitive-entry authority like the ERA where an employee could be given a new appointment at a higher grade.
Does time in grade apply to schedule?
A6. Yes. Schedule A eligible employees may utilize this authority to apply for a higher grade positions. Additionally, at most agencies, time-in grade restrictions do not apply to promotions in the excepted service and there is no limit on the number of times an eligible applicant may be appointed under this authority.
