At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list. This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

needed to print out applications, employment verifications and a background questionaiire that required it be typed, printed out and sent via US mail. Most online PDF's will not supply editing capabilities. Thanks PDFillier!

THE BEST support team I have ever had, EVER!!!!!!! Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! Great Product This software has helped mainly with electronic signature creation but also with overall PDF edits. The software offers a number of options for editing PDFs and is fairly user-friendly. It has an easy layout. I do not like the fact that the software can lag when working with slightly larger documents. It can also be time-consuming to learn more advanced features.

Easy addition This product has been very helpful for my needs. I like the ease of searching for a form, in my case an insurance form, and then filling in. The program makes it easy to edit boxes and save forms. The software is a little slow... there is a significant lag time opening each document, as well as saving and printing.

Why is my PDF poor quality?

If you start with a low-resolution image or other file, the resulting PDF may look blurry or pixelated, especially if printed out. PDF converters can't make your finished document look any clearer than the original. Use files with resolutions of at least 72 dots per inch for Web display and 200 to 300 dpi for printing.
