When the court clerk doesn't have customized forms for filing, this is so much easier than trying to perfectly fill out long, generic forms by hand in blue or black ink!

There was one issue- the orange pen would pop up when highlighting a word or sentence, suggesting an edit I assume. I would click it then stare at a blue circle waiting waiting waiting. I would just close the entire website and come back.

Good utility but service was even better
I used this a couple of times. It was good, but other than that specific task I had no use of it, I let the trial run out and a week after I was charged and they were gracious enough to give me a refund and cancel the subscription with no fuss. Greatly appreciated.

Works great, I have never had a problem.
Easy to fill in forms.
Easy to use. Everything is labeled well so you can find what you need to do quick. The files are always where I need them to be.
I haven't had any problems using this software. There isn't anything bad I can say because I haven't ran into anytjing.

PDFfiller do all the document from now on instead of MS.
1). 541 31ST St. Oakland, Ca. 94609-3203/Rental Property: so far tenants owe 4 mos. rent $8,056.00 2). The Alameda County superior court Case: Chung VS. Smith; 3). It's court request to use PDFfiller to do the Pleading, Ex-Parte and Declaration. 4). due to this instruction brought me to PDFfiller and learn how to do the legal document. 5).. This is a very good pdf creator. Relatively straightforward to use. I just don't need this functionality right now, and the team was super helpful and fast in responding to my request. They're good people!

What do you like best?
The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields...
What do you dislike?
sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.
