What do you like best?
It works. Easy to use platform. I've subscribed for several years and they continue to make improvements. I tried docusign and this was just as good.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that it won't link up with business accounts on OneDrive so I can't store my files on OneDrive. Really would be nice to have them fix that! Also for some weird reason, the system only can connect with personal accounts. Sometimes, it's not easy to find my documents. Finally, the plug-in for Chrome doesn't always work well. Usually, it's just better to go into the app itself.

Compare the functionality you need to what it offers. I suspect you'll find it's sufficient.

Hello, I have had pdfFiller for six months' now, and I have never had a problem with them. All my documents come out lovely, just as I thought they would. They are fast, easy and secure. Also, when you need your signature on something you are working on, pdfFiller is wonderful for that. There are so many tools to save you time, for instance, will not have to go to the postal service as often, pdfFiller is here for you! The learning curve is not too steep. I'd feel more confident with it, if there was a way to save the document other than clicking DONE which closes it....it's better than the government forms I've hassled with!

*** ****** is literally the best *** Filling *** out there. ******. All the functionalities of *** filler are remarkable and make doing business a complete breeze. Unfortunately the Platform I use daily - is cheaper however - isnt as functional as *** filler. So I tried completing my need with them as I have used them in the past. So I signed up for the trial - attempted my documents - I failed; closed the window and forgot about the subscription. This morning I woke up and saw the charge, I couldnt remember what Email I even signed up with. I emailed *** ****** at 5 am and got an immediate response with an agent ready to help. They asked easy questions and were able to locate my account and issue an immediate refund. I dont think there are words to express how incredible and unmatched that level of customer service is. Thank you *** ******

****** works great, maybe a little inconvenient compared to *****, but that's why they are so much cheaper. For as little as we need a *** editor I could not justify the cost of *****, so this was a good alternative. *** some issues with my pay method after having them for 3 years. Wish I could have just updated my Pay info instead of having to cancel my plan and sign up again. That messed up a discount I had, but kudos to the customer service for being able to straighten it out. *** to do everything through chat because no phone number. Overall decent **************."

I've been very happy with this product! It has helped me tremendously file insurance claims and do work since my husband has been in the hospital since 5/30/20. I did the free trial but will be purchasing it for the year.
